Position Highlights:
The firm seeks an accomplished attorney with:
- 4-6 years of experience in health care or complex litigation.
- Substantial writing expertise, with the ability to deliver strong, final work independently.
- A strong foundation in litigation, including drafting motions and briefs and preparing depositions (federal litigation experience preferred).
- Experience in health care reimbursement compliance, defense, and litigation, particularly with government and private payer disputes, is a significant plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
